Do you support OEM and private label orders?

Yes. We can build a custom program from your sketch, spec sheet, or reference sample, and we can also work from a proven base style with your branding.

Can you make snow boots for both Europe and the US market?

Yes. We can align styling, labeling, and packaging for different markets, then adjust the size run and presentation by buyer type.

What information should I send for a quote?

Send your target market, quantity, preferred materials, logo requirements, and any reference photos or samples you already have.

Do you offer samples before bulk production?

Yes. Sampling is the normal first step so we can confirm fit, materials, branding, and packaging before bulk order approval.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the model, materials, and number of SKUs. We discuss MOQ and lead time early in the conversation so you can plan around it before committing to development.

What is the typical lead time?

Lead time runs from approved sample to shipment and includes material sourcing, production, and QC. Seasonal demand can extend timelines, so we recommend planning backward from your in-store date with buffer for shipping.

Can you produce both adult and kids size runs?

Yes. Adult and kids ranges use different lasts and grading, so fit is approved separately for each range, but both can run inside one program.

How do you handle packaging for export buyers?

We support custom boxes, hang tags, insert cards, carton marking, and label placement so product is ready for importers and retail distribution without reworking.

Do you sign NDAs or protect buyer designs?

Yes. We routinely work under NDA and treat buyer sketches, spec sheets, and reference samples as confidential. Private label programs are not shared across buyers.

What payment terms do you work with?

Payment terms are confirmed as part of the quote. We align deposit and balance structure with the production and shipment milestones of your program.

Can you ship to both US and European markets?

Yes. We coordinate export documentation, packing, and freight for both regions, with labeling and presentation adjusted to the destination market.
