Confidentiality
Your designs stay yours.
Private label and custom development only work if buyers can share sensitive files with confidence. We treat your designs, specifications, and samples as confidential, and we are glad to sign a mutual NDA before sensitive materials change hands.
What we treat as confidential
Buyer sketches, tech packs and spec sheets, reference samples, branding artwork, packaging designs, pricing discussions, and any private label work are treated as confidential business information. We do not publish, resell, or reuse your designs, and we do not share one buyer's program with another.
No cross-buyer sharing
A private label or custom OEM program developed for you is yours. We keep your styles, materials, and branding separate from other buyers' work. The samples and tooling built around your specifications are not offered to other customers as your designs.
We will sign a mutual NDA
Before you send sensitive files, we are happy to put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place. You can send us your own NDA to review, or ask us to provide a standard mutual NDA. Either way, the goal is the same: both sides protect the information shared during development.
Access on a need-to-know basis
Inside our team, your materials are handled only by the people working on your program - sampling, production, and quality control. We limit access to what is needed to move your project forward.
What to send to start
You do not have to share everything at once. A safe way to begin is to send a high-level brief - target market, quantity, and a general style direction - and hold detailed tech packs or proprietary artwork until an NDA is signed. Once protection is in place, send the full spec so we can scope the program accurately.
Next step
Start a protected conversation.
Send a brief, ask for an NDA, and we will scope your snow boot program with your materials kept confidential.
